    Master's thesis in Biomedical Engineering: "Learning to write medical reports from EEG data." The focus of the thesis was on the development of methods for clinical report writing based on EEG signals, adapting current NLP techniques and state-of-the-art captioning approaches to image, signal and video.

    The aim of the project was to characterize lung cancer-associated lesions, using an annotated CT scans dataset. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the internship was based on obtaining deep learning knowledge using Python.
